Most of my life I have been involved with some form of art. I am a long time hobby musician, I ran a graphic design business for over 10 years, and later became a full time glassblower. During these periods I would pull out my camera from time to time and take photos. I loved it and took decent photos for someone with no training.  One day, in the not too distant past, I found myself looking at the world as if through a camera viewfinder. I was taking imaginary photos of many interesting things that caught my eye. Shortly after that I decided that I wanted to be a full time professional photographer. I signed up for a course with the renowned New York Institute of Photography, bought a good digital SLR camera, and took off running. In the next few months I won awards from NYIP for three of my photos. Soon I had taken photos for my first client, an architect, and found myself at a soccer game of one of my guitar students taking team photos and selling them to parents. As a professional photographer it is very important to me to take the best photos I can for my clients. I enjoy meeting people and working with them, and my prices are affordable.
